Only citizens of European Union (EU) are entitled to apply for Registration Certificate if they intend
to reside in the territory of the Czech Republic for longer than 3 months.

Citizens of Island, Lichtenstein,Norway, Switzerland are considered to be EU citizens for this purpose.

British citizens are entitled to apply for Registration Certificate only if they are Withdrawal Agreement beneficiaires.
